Selling Cornwall’s distinctive homes:
Coastal, country, town, contemporary and period.

Crofters | Port Navas

Rohrs and Rowe are completely different from the 'standard estate agency,’ they combine exceptional marketing with clear expertise, crucially being willing to offer unbiased advice about your property and the housing market, however palatable. They understand that selling a property is about more than just the bricks and mortar—it’s about presenting a home, a lifestyle, and a sense of community. Matthew Rowe, who sold our house, was outstanding. He personally handled all viewings, was creative in finding marketing opportunities in a challenging market, and remained good humoured and professional throughout. His honesty and diligence, especially in following up with potential buyers, were second to none. I recommend Rohrs and Rowe without reservation.

Harbour Masters House | Mevagissey

From the initial meeting to the final stage of completion Martyn handled our sale in a knowledgeable and professional manner. He guided us expertly on price in a very flat market, took a genuine interest in our beautiful Victorian property, and clearly understood the target ‘buyer’ and how best to reach them. Superb photography was part of this strategy as was a handson approach to validating all enquiries as he developed a deeper appreciation of interested buyers and their needs. At every point we felt as though we were dealing with a true professional and we are delighted to recommend Rohrs & Rowe- an exceptional estate agency

Mennavean | Manaccan

Jason, I want to say a heartfelt thanks to you and all your team for getting the sale of my house over the line. In the current market, your personalised approach was invaluable. Your advice on presentation of the house and superb photography combined to ensure that the brochure showed the house in the best possible light, emphasising its special features including the idyllic location. Your subsequent marketing in publications targeting a cohort that wouldn’t necessarily be trawling through property websites ensured widespread promotion to the appropriate audience. Then, you taking the time to understand what prospective purchasers were looking for, coupled with your local knowledge and familiarity with my house maximised the chances of finding a “fit”. I particularly applaud you for your help and support during negotiations, as the sale progressed. You were unfailingly positive, responsive to queries I raised, and happy to smooth the passage to completion. I very much doubt whether any other agents could have achieved this sale in such a difficult market. It completely validates your firm’s individual approach to selling houses.

Pednagothollan | Lizard Peninsula

I came to the tough decision to sell my beautiful property on the Lizard and placed the house with a well known agent. This proved to not be working well, so I approached Rohrs and Rowe and what a difference! They found a buyer and were there for me all the way through the process, ensuring that the sale went through. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who values service!

Pendrea Cottage | Penzance

Having sold a property in Mylor with Rohrs & Rowe in 2019, my wife and I had no hesitation in asking Matthew Rowe if he would consider marketing our home in Penzance some six years later. Even better, the home of our dreams featured on the R&R website and we were able to buy through Rohrs & Rowe too. If you are undecided about which agents are best to represent you during such an important stage in your lives, we can assure you that the marketing is slick and sublime, the staff couldn't be more credible and caring (a big 'shout out' to Jason who did a fantastic job), and we found their insight of the current trends in the housing market to be invaluable.

Other estate agents in Cornwall might claim to be the best, but in our opinion, only Rohrs and Rowe deserve the accolade.

Penrose Farmhouse | Maenporth

When deciding to sell our property we were impressed by the knowledge of the market demonstrated by Matthew Rowe and his lightness of touch in dealing with both clients and potential purchasers. As well as their proven track record in sale of properties, we were hugely impressed by Rohrs and Rowe's approach to sales material and coverage. Their photographic and video work is simply outstanding, as demonstrated in all their sales particulars and our property was also beautifully presented. Matthew's contact with the market could not have been better demonstrated than by his introducing purchasers at an early stage, with his attention to detail that led to an early exchange of contracts.

Point House | Devoran

Selling our house with Rohrs and Rowe was a stress-free and smooth experience. Matthew Rowe was incredibly professional, efficient and had an in-depth knowledge of the local property market. He kept us informed every step of the way and achieved a quick sale and at a higher price than marketed. Thank you to the talented Rohrs and Rowe team, we were delighted and cannot fault their service.

Praze Farmhouse | Porthleven

My wife and I recently purchased a property being marketed by Rohrs and Rowe. The purchase was quite complicated and Jason, the agent that we dealt with, had a very relaxed and friendly manner while also being very professional with excellent levels of communication.
