Martyn Rohrs
Martyn Rohrs was born in Cornwall and has built his career over more than three decades, both within the county and across the South East, earning a reputation for handling exceptional homes with discretion, clarity, and sound judgement. After establishing himself locally, he expanded his experience across London and the wider South of England, working in markets such as Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire. During this time, he was involved in the sale of some of the region’s finest properties while developing an extensive network of influential contacts.
Over the past 10 years, Martyn has brought this broader perspective back to Cornwall through Rohrs & Rowe, helping to shape a more refined and effective approach to marketing the county’s most distinctive homes. His ability to understand both property and people has led to the successful sale of many notable houses, often through carefully managed introductions and long-standing client relationships.

Matthew Rowe
Matthew Rowe was born and raised in Cornwall and has built his career in the county’s property market over more than three decades, developing an exceptional understanding of its finest homes and the people who buy and sell them. His professionalism, sound judgement and considered approach have earned him the trust of generations of clients, with much of his business coming through long-standing relationships and personal recommendation.
Over the past 10 years, Matthew has brought this depth of experience to Rohrs & Rowe, helping to shape the business and its distinctive approach to presenting and marketing some of Cornwall’s most exceptional homes. His instinct for what makes a property special, combined with an understanding of buyers and skilled negotiation, has contributed to the successful sale of many notable houses across the county.
Earlier in his career, Matthew worked in London as an advertising photographer, an experience that developed his appreciation of architecture, design and visual presentation. That creative perspective continues to influence his work today and has played an important part in shaping the thoughtful and individual way in which Rohrs & Rowe presents its clients’ homes.
